INJECTION TECHNIQUES
Microcapsules, linear technique, grid technique, fan technique, mixed techniques. Local anesthesia can be associated with 0.5-1 ml of 2% procaine to reduce the burning sensation after injection. The needle must be inserted along the wrinkle and then gradually withdrawn, injecting the product. After the injection, if necessary, proceed with a light massage to model the treated area. For the correction of fine wrinkles, the recommended injection site is typically the papillary/reticular dermis. It is important to inject a quantity of material sufficient to completely correct the skin imperfection. For deeper wrinkles or furrows, to obtain a good result, it is necessary to inject the material in the central part and in the deepest part of the reticular dermis. If necessary, after this step, a more superficial injection can be made at the papillary level to complete the treatment.
SUPPLYING FIBROBLASTS WITH AMINO ACIDS
The cells of the subcutaneous connective tissue in our skin are called fibroblasts. Fibroblasts act by producing collagen and repair fragile and worn skin, ensuring skin tone and elasticity. Fibroblast activity decreases over time due to aging or other reasons (eating habits, diets, smoking, intense physical activity, long exposure to the sun). As a result, the skin ages, loses tone, elasticity, shine, volume and wrinkles and furrows appear. Fibroblasts produce collagen with the help of nutritional support: amino acids (glycine, L-proline, L-lysine), which are essential to compensate for the reduced activity of fibroblasts. The higher the amount of amino acids present in the areas of interest, the more cell vitality there is. This significantly improves the skin's appearance.
